Order Processing

All orders are carefully packed and processed after payment confirmation.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During launches, sales, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience while we make sure your order is handled with care.

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message with tracking details, where available.

Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, holidays, customs clearance, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Charges

From time to time, Rare Mode may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable free shipping offer will be clearly shown at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be shared with you. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and email are correct before placing your order.

Rare Mode is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before the order is shipped.

Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages

We understand how important your order is.

If your package is delayed, please check your tracking link first for the latest updates. If your order appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will assist you in working with the courier.

Rare Mode is not responsible for courier delays once an order has been shipped, but we will always do our best to support you.

International Shipping

For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by the destination country.

These fees are not included in the product or shipping price unless stated otherwise. Rare Mode is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and item.

We will review the issue and help find the best possible solution.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to accept the package, or failure to collect the package, we will contact you once it is received.

Additional shipping charges may apply if you would like the order resent.
